Password Reset Instructions for Campus Portal (Summer 2024 Staff/Faculty and Students)

Are you experiencing one of the following:

  • A new user trying to access the Campus Portal/Student E-mail
  • Forgot your username or password
  • You were re-directed here after logging in.

If your experiencing one of the above, please complete the Password Reset form below. After hitting the submit/display button, your UA-PTC username, student ID and e-mail address will display. If you are unable to reset your password, please submit a ticket to IT Services with an explanation of the problem you are receiving.

NEW USERS: If you just set up your student e-mail account, please allow 24 hours before accessing.

Password Reset Instructions for Student Workday (Fall 2024 Students)

1. Go to uaptc.edu/myapps.

2. Log in with your UA-PTC e-mail (example: jdoe8098@students.uaptc.edu)

3. Select Forgot my Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.

For additional assistance with resetting your password, visit the IT Services Help Desk on the Main Campus located inside the A Building, Room 111 or call (501) 812-2780 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
