- A new user trying to access the Campus Portal/Student E-mail
- Forgot your username or password
- You were re-directed here after logging in.
If your experiencing one of the above, please complete the Password Reset form below. After hitting the submit/display button, your UA-PTC username, student ID and e-mail address will display. If you are unable to reset your password, please submit a ticket to IT Services with an explanation of the problem you are receiving.
