What is important to you when you contact customer support? Do you care about quick answers, choice of communication methods, or something else?

I like to have a modern approach to customer support and have my issue resolved as quickly as possible. I don't like to wait for a long time at the hotline until I am connected to an operator. Sometimes, of course, it is easier to solve everything on the phone, but it is better when you can contact the company via messenger. It's important to me that there's no reason to contact customer support, lol. I don't like to talk on the phone, so I try to contact via email or messenger if there is no other way
