I am working as a Vice President in an investment banking company in Canada for the past 2 yrs (joined in 2015 as an Associate). My company head office is in the US and they are planning to move me to the US in coming months. Right now, I don’t have direct reporting but I had them till 2019 before being promoted to the VP.
My question is, will I be eligible for filing Green Card in the EB1 category though I don't have direct reports to me?
