Description

(HOSD 0331): Intro to CAHMI This course is an introduction to the University of Arkansas- Pulaski Technical College’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management’s 3D Program. Students will be provided an overview of Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality. Students will learn the skills needed to succeed in the program and how to learn, work, and live independently. (3 credit hours/special course fee)
