    Description

    HOS 2333. Gaming Regulation, Law and Security
    Arkansas’ system of gaming regulation and control provides a model for studying the history, purpose, politics, methods, and limitations – both practical and legal – of governmental regulation and control of what is now an international gaming industry. The course provides an understanding of Indian and Federal gaming law. Security, surveillance, government policy, and technical and casino operational guidelines will be addressed. (3 credit hours)
