EMS 2431. Paramedic Field Internship
A supervised capstone competency-based experience as a team leader where the students will perform basic and advanced life support skills, patient assessments, formulate differential diagnoses, and direct patient care. Students will function as the team leader under the supervision of a preceptor or instructor. Prerequisites: successful completion of the paramedic program didactic curriculum or permission of the instructor. (4 credit hours/special course fee) (Su)
